THAT Report CLS-24-2025 regarding an Update to the Question on the Ballot for the 2026 municipal election be received; THAT the following be adopted as the preferred Question on the Ballot for the 2026 Municipal Election: "Are you in favour of a third-party review of Council size and related ward boundary changes?"; and THAT the Clerk be directed to give public notice and schedule public meetings regarding Council's intention to pass a by-law to add a Question on the Ballot. 11.5 Appointment of a Councillor to the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation Board The Mayor and Interim Chief Administrative Officer introduced Cristal Laanstra as the newly appointed Director of Development Services. The Mayor conducted the nomination process for interim Board member to the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation Board as follows: Councillor Nieman nominated Councillor Harrison who respectfully declined the nomination. Councillor MacNaughton nominated Councillor Hirsch who accepted the nomination.
