THAT Council move into closed session to consider: 1) Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board regarding personnel matters; 2) Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees related to personnel matters; 3) Labour relations or employee negotiations related to personnel matters; Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) (d) and (e) of the Municipal Act. Council reconvened in open session at 7:02 p.m. with all members present. Motion 2025-449 was a motion to receive a confidential report and provide direction to staff on a labour relations matter. Reports Arising from Closed Meeting There were none. Announcements 7.1 Mayor Ferguson highlighted the Baked Goods Auction which took place at the Picton Fair in honour of the late Jim Young, previous member of our Fire Department, which raised significant funds for the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation and offered congratulations to the organizers and participants. 7.2 Mayor Ferguson congratulated Councillor Grosso, acting in a personal capacity, and everyone who organized and participated in the Road Apples event at the Regent Theatre on Saturday night which raised $37,000 for the Wellington Food Bank. Councillor Grosso also offered thanks to the volunteers at the Food Bank and Regent Theatre volunteers who made the event a success. 7.3 Councillor Grosso announced the Ameliasburgh Fall Fair to be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Roblin Lake. 7.4 Councillor Hirsch announced the Milford Fall Fair and parade to be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Mount Tabor. 7.5 Councillor Engelsdorfer offered condolences to the Lavender family on the Formatted: Not Highlight recent passing of Wellington resident and legend Bob Lavender. 7.6 Councillor MacNaughton offered appreciation to the Picton Fair Board, volunteers and participants for a successful Picton Fair. 7.7 Councillor Robert
