THAT Council move into closed session to consider: 1) Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board regarding personnel matters; 2) Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees related to personnel matters; 3) Labour relations or employee negotiations related to personnel matters; Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) (d) and (e) of the Municipal Act. Council reconvened in open session at 7:07 p.m. with all members present save and except for Councillor Prinzen and Councillor Hirsch. Motion 2025-480 was a deferral motion, Motion 2025-481 was a motion to receive a confidential report and provide direction to staff on a labour relations matter.
