THAT report CSP-17-2025 regarding an update on the Krasyliv Friendship City Working Group and proposed Friendship City Agreement be received; THAT the proposed Friendship City Agreement, available as Attachment 1 to this report, with Krasyliv Territorial Community, Ukraine be approved; THAT a By-Law, as listed on the agenda, authorizing the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to execute a Friendship City Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and Krasyliv, Ukraine be approved; and THAT staff be directed to include $5,000 in the proposed 2026 municipal operating budget to support the activities of the Krasyliv Friendship City program. 11.2 Report of the Corporate and Legislative Services Department and the Operations Department dated September 23, 2025 regarding a By-Law to Regulate Access to and Usage of Municipal Rights of Way.
