THAT report DS-57-2025 regarding the York Street reconstruction tender award be received; THAT Council approve additional funds, in the amount of $132,780.00, from the Reserve for Water Capital be added to Capital Project INI-0207W; THAT Council approve additional funds in the amount of $439,800.00 from the Reserve for Wastewater Capital be added to Capital Project INI0207WW; THAT Council approve additional funds in the amount of $107,950.00 from the Reserve for Roads Construction - Urban be added to Capital Project INI-0207R; THAT the Mayor and Clerk execute an agreement with Cobourg Development Services Ltd. to award the tender for the York Street reconstruction project in the amount of $855,941.00 plus applicable taxes; and THAT a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement between The Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and Cobourg Development Services Ltd., as listed on the agenda, be approved. 11.4 Reappointment of a Councillor to the Emergency Management Program Committee and act in the place of the Head of Council for declaring an emergency when the Head of Council is absent, refuses to act, or if the office is vacant.
