THAT the resignation of Councillor Braney as alternate Head of Council and from the Emergency Management Program Committee be received; THAT Councillor Branderhorst be appointed to act in the place of the Head of Council for declaring an emergency when the head of Council is absent or refuses to act, or if the office is vacant; and THAT Councillor Branderhorst be appointed to the Emergency Management Program Committee.
