THAT report HD-03-2025 regarding the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation Governance Update be received; THAT By-Law 21-2023, being a By-Law to re-establish the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation as a Municipal Services Corporation, be repealed; and THAT By-Law xx-2025, being a By-Law to Confirm the Re-Establishment of the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation as a Municipal Services Corporation, authorize the execution of a Service Level Agreement between the County of Prince Edward and the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation, and repeal By-Law 21-2023, as listed on the agenda, be approved.
