THAT the Affordable Housing Corporation be requested to change the wording in By-Law 4 to state the membership shall appoint a minimum of two and up to four members of Council. The vote was then taken on Motion 2025-525 as follows: THAT report HD-03-2025 regarding the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation Governance Update be received; THAT By-Law 21-2023, being a By-Law to re-establish the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation as a Municipal Services Corporation, be repealed; and THAT By-Law xx-2025, being a By-Law to Confirm the Re-Establishment of the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation as a Municipal Services Corporation, authorize the execution of a Service Level Agreement between the County of Prince Edward and the Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation, and repeal By-Law 21-2023, as listed on the agenda, be approved. 11.5 Report of the Operational Services Department dated October 21, 2025 regarding Amendment to By-Law 113-2025 Co-operative Tender TSO-2025-17 (Supply and Delivery of Coarse Highway Salt)
