THAT report OPS-22-2025 regarding an Amendment to By-Law 113-2025 be received; THAT By-Law 113-2025, authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement between the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and Windsor Salt Ltd., be amended to reflect that the pricing is based on what was submitted for co-operative tender award TSO-2025-17 (Supply & Delivery of Coarse Highway Salt), plus applicable taxes, over a two-year term; and THAT the amending by-law, as listed on this agenda, be approved.
