THAT report RCF-07-2025 regarding the Urgent Roof Replacement at Lake Street - Tender Award be received; THAT the Mayor and Clerk execute an agreement with Amherst Roofing to award the urgent procurement for the new roof at the Lake Street Operations Garage (115 County Road 10) in the amount of $180,803. plus applicable taxes; THAT the expenditure for the urgent procurement for the new roof at the Lake Street Operations Garage be funded through the Capital Sustainability Reserve; and THAT a By-Law to authorize the execution of an agreement between The Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and Amherst Roofing, as listed on this agenda, be approved. 11.4 Recommendation of the Agricultural Advisory Committee from its meeting held on October 27, 2025 regarding Bill 21, Protect Our Food Act 2025
