THAT the following By-Laws be read a first, second and third time and finally passed: 13.1.1 A By-Law To Provide For The 2026 Interim Tax Levy For The Corporation Of The County Of Prince Edward 13.1.2 A By-Law To Authorize The Mayor & Clerk To Execute An Agreement Between The Corporation Of The County Of Prince Edward And Amherst Roofing (PEC-OPS- 0013-2025 Lake Street Roof Replacement) 13.1.3 A By-Law To Authorize The Execution Of An Agreement Of Purchase And Sale Between The Corporation Of The County Of Prince Edward And Nicholas Street Homes Limited (Land Exchange Agreement, Nicholas Street Development) 13.1.4 A By-Law To Enact A Comprehensive Zoning By-Law For The Corporation Of The County Of Prince Edward And To Repeal By-Law Number 1816-2006 Council recessed at 9:56 p.m. to complete the closed session agenda and reconvened at 10:16 p.m. with all members present save and except for Councillor Braney, Councillor Nieman and Councillor Roberts.
