THAT Chris O'Brien and Vi Woo be appointed as voting public members of the Accessibility Advisory Committee for the term of Council, and approve the Appointment

THAT Chris O'Brien and Vi Woo be appointed as voting public members of the Accessibility Advisory Committee for the term of Council, and approve the Appointment By-law at the December 9, 2025 meeting of Council; THAT Kierra Reid be appointed as a voting public member of the Wellington Ward Recreation Committee for the term of Council, and approve the Appointment By-law at the December 9, 2025 meeting of Council; THAT the Terms of Reference of the Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) Governance Committee be amended to include four public advisory members; and THAT Sherry Colbourne, Sam Lanfranco, John Macleod, and Chad Outwater, be appointed as public non-voting advisory members to the Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) Governance Committee for the term of Council.
