THAT report CSP-28-2025 regarding Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre's Project of Community Interest be received; THAT Council deem Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre's Exceptional Funding Partnership a Project of Community Interest for the purpose of receiving donations and issuing Official Tax Receipts, pursuant to FIN-08 Donations Policy; and THAT the Mayor and Clerk execute an agreement between the municipality and Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre, in a form acceptable to the Municipal Lawyer, to confirm the conditions under which Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre's grant will be increased by charitable donations. THAT the exceptional funding partnership agreement be revised to direct all 2026 funding to support the Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre, PEFAC's general operations.
