THAT report CSP-28-2025 regarding Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre's Project of Community Interest be received; THAT Council deem Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre's Exceptional Funding Partnership a Project of Community Interest for the purpose of receiving donations and issuing Official Tax Receipts, pursuant to FIN-08 Donations Policy; and THAT the Mayor and Clerk execute an agreement between the municipality and Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre, in a form acceptable to the Municipal Lawyer, to confirm the conditions under which Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre's grant will be increased by charitable donations.
