THAT Council move into closed session to consider: 1) Labour relations or employee negotiations regarding staffing matters; 2) Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees regarding staffing matters; Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) and (d) of the Municipal Act. Council reconvened in open session at 7:06 p.m. with all members present, save and except for Councillor Prinzen. Motion 2025-607 was to receive a confidential report regarding the Staffing Analysis for the 2026 Budget (Labour Relations Implications), to report out in open session regarding staffing matters, and to direct staff report back on negotiations pertaining to an employment agreement, however the vote was not taken on Motion 2025-607 as the confidential discussion ensued on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. Motion 2025-608 was to recess closed session at 6:58 p.m. on December 1, 2025 and resume sitting in open at 7:00 p.m. Motions Arising From Closed Session There were no reports arising from closed session at this time.
