THAT the Development Services Department Capital Budget as presented be received; THAT Council recommend that the County Road 1 (truck route) reconstruction allocation in the draft 2026 budget in the amount of approximately $3M be reallocated to the other applicable capital projects; THAT Council recommend that the 55 King Street parking lot improvements in the amount of approximately $264,500 be removed from the draft 2026 budget; THAT Council recommend that the carry-forward project: Shoreland Designation Review in the amount of approximately $75K be removed from the draft 2026 budget; THAT Council recommend that the Pineridge Booster Pumping Station in the amount of approximately $954K be removed from the draft 2026 budget; and THAT Council recommend that the carry-forward project: Wellington Secondary Plan Update in the amount of approximately $100K be removed from the draft 2026 budget.
