THAT the Recreation & Community Facilities Department Capital Budget as presented be received; and THAT Council recommend that the proposed project cost for the Crystal Palace Phase 3 Revitalization Project in the amount of $750,000 be reduced to $500,000 in the draft 2026 budget.
