THAT Council move into closed session to consider: Labour relations or employee negotiations regarding employment agreements (Employment Agreement Negotiations) Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (d) of the Municipal Act. Council reconvened in open session at 7:00 p.m. with all members present save and except Councillors MacNaughton, Prinzen and Braney.
