THAT Council approve the Collective Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and the Prince Edward County Professional Firefighters Asso

THAT Council approve the Collective Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and the Prince Edward County Professional Firefighters Association, IAFF Local 2745; and THAT a By-Law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a new Collective Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and the Prince Edward County Professional Firefighters Association, IAFF Local 2745, be brought forward for enactment at the January 13, 2026 Council meeting. Announcements 7.1 Councillor Branderhorst announced Santa and County Kids Reads on Saturday December 13, 2025 for Santa at Athol Town Hall. 7.2 Councillor St-Jean spoke to the Angel Tree program. 7.3 Councillor Pennell spoke to the Christmas brunch on December 25, 2025 for those in need in the community. He encouraged people to make a financial donation to the Consecon Ratepayers Association. 7.4 Councillor Grosso spoke to Hannukah in the County at Base 31. 7.5 Mayor Ferguson extended seasons greetings, the Food Bank Drive at Shire Hall and friendship agreement with Krasyliv, Ukraine. He also announced his New Year's levee at the community centre on January 4, 2026. Presentations 8.1 Mayor presented the winner of the Mayor's Holiday Card Art Design Contest Olivia Lynne with a $100 gift certificate for a shopping spree at a store in Picton, courtesy of the Picton Business Improvement Association Deputations 9.1 Bill Beckett addressed Council regarding business operations on White Chapel Road
