Announcements 5.1 Councillor Branderhorst provided a notice of motion regarding the Agriculture Advisory Committee resolution regarding support for the farmland belt. 5.2 Councillor Grosso offered condolences to the Mayor on the passing of his brother. 5.3 Councillor Grosso also announced recognition of Lincoln Alexander Day on January 21st, honouring the late Lieutenant Governor's legacy of inclusiveness to inclusiveness. 5.4 The Mayor proclaimed January as National Alzheimer's Awareness Month. Deputations 6.1 Moira Coull to address Council regarding a request to waive the $300 fee for the temporary noise permit for the New Year's Eve fundraising event for the Picton Food Bank. Councillor Branderhorst put forward an amending motion.
