THAT staff be authorized to execute, on behalf of the Municipality, the steps necessary to formally transfer the land title for the St John's Anglican Cemetery to the Municipality; THAT staff be authorized to execute, on behalf of the Municipality, the steps necessary to transfer the operating license of the St John's Anglican Cemetery to the Municipality; THAT By-law 3401-2014 be amended to add St John's Anglican Cemetery; and THAT staff be authorized to work with the Cemetery Task Team and Built and Cultural Heritage Committee to prepare a forecast report for Committee and Council's information in 2026. 8.7 Recommendation of the Built & Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee from its December 10, 2025 meeting regarding consultation on heritage considerations earlier in the planning process.
