THAT Council move into closed session to consider: • personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and labour relations or employee negotiations (staffing agreement matter) Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) and (d) of the Municipal Act. Council reconvened in open session at 7:00 p.m. with all members present, save and except Councillor Prinzen, Councillor Pennell, and Councillor Branderhorst. Motion 2026-101 directed staff to report the appointment of the Chief Administrative Officer in open session, and Motion 2026-102 was the motion to return to open session.
