THAT the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Employment agreement for the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in said agreement be approved; THAT the Mayor and Municipal Clerk be directed to execute the agreement; and THAT the By-Law appointing Adam Goheen as the Chief Administrative Officer be approved.
