THAT Council move into closed session to consider: • personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Committee Appointments); • litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board (Ontario Land Tribunal Matter) Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) and (e) of the Municipal Act. Council reconvened in open session at 7:00 p.m. with all members present. Motion 2026-136, Motion 2026-137 and Motion 2026-138 provided direction to staff. Motion 2026-139 provided direction to staff to bring forward a motion in open session regarding appointments to the Joint Audit Compliance Committee, and Motion 2026-140 was the motion to return to open session.
