THAT report OPS-08-2026 regarding the Award of Tender for Line Painting and Pavement Marking be received; THAT Council award Tender PEC-OPS-2-26 (Line Painting and Pavement Markings) to Stoneline Ltd. in the amount of $333,994.94 plus applicable taxes; THAT a By-Law to authorize the execution of an agreement between the County of Prince Edward and Stoneline Ltd. for Tender PEC-OPS-2-26 (Line Painting and Pavement Markings), as listed on this agenda, be approved; and THAT the projected surplus within the approved 2026 Operating Budget for pavement markings be directed toward refreshing three (3) Commemorative Crosswalks and two (2) Pride Crosswalks within the County, with such work to be issued under a separate procurement document in accordance with the County’s Purchasing By-Law 222-2021. 11.4 Report of the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer dated March 24, 2026 regarding the Renewal of the Land Ambulance Service Agreement
