THAT report FIN-10-2026 regarding the Municipal Accommodation Tax Financial Report for 2025 be received for information. 11.3 Recreation and Community Facilities Department Overview The main motion was put on the floor by Councillor Harrison and seconded by Councillor Grosso. A question and answer period ensued regarding: • ensuring budgeted projects are completed; • operational plans; • the sale of the Wellington Dukes and impact on the municipality; • town hall usage rates being up 9% over the last year; • inter-departmental collaboration and updates on the Roblin Lake park; Wilkinson Park Pathway, Wilkinson Court; • ensuring the Consecon Fire Hall, which was deemed surplus is cleared and ready for sale; and • ensuring the Milford Town Hall and Mount Tabor are included in the usage statistics.
