Reports Arising from Closed Meeting Councillor Nieman declared a pecuniary interest on item 6 pertaining to Minutes of Settlement for Draft Plan of Subdivision, Official Plan Amendment & Rezoning File No.: 13-T-21-503, OPA-05-21 & Z21-21 - 1983358 Ontario Inc. o/a Loyalist Heights -13437 Loyalist Parkway, as his daughter and son-in-law farm the parcel of land. He refrained from participating and voting on the matter.
