THAT in accordance with s. 5.15 of the Procedural By-Law, the meeting be extended beyond the three-hour period. Items for Consideration 11.1 Report of the Development Services Department dated April 21, 2026 regarding County Road 3 Rehabilitation Tender Award The main motion was put on the floor by Councillor Prinzen and seconded by Councillor Branderhorst. A question and answer period ensued regarding: • consultation on the project; • tree preservation; and, • material options such as geogrid to extend the life of the road.
