THAT report DS-31-2026 regarding the County Road 3 Rehabilitation Tender Award be received; THAT Council award contract PEC-INI-0213-2026 to Earth-Crete Ontario Inc. in the amount of $1,226,654.30 plus applicable taxes for construction services for the rehabilitation of County Road 3; and THAT a By-Law to authorize the execution of an agreement between the County of Prince Edward and Earth-Crete Ontario Inc., as listed on this agenda, be approved. 11.2 Development Services Department Overview The main motion was put on the floor by Councillor Branderhorst and seconded by Councillor St-Jean. A question and answer period ensued regarding: • the Geotech investigation and excess of water in the Wellington trunk project and sanitary pumping station; • the employment / industrial lands study completion; • a review of the site plan control process; and • road scan reviews and integrating traffic counts.
