THAT Council receive report CSP-07-2026; THAT Council approve the use of a Board Observer as an acceptable alternative to a Board Member, to fulfill Council’s condition related to the provision of additional funding to the Prince Edward Fitness and Aquatic Centre in 2026; THAT a By-Law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute an amending agreement to PEFAC's Exceptional Funding Partnership, as listed on the agenda, be approved; and, THAT Council appoint Councillor Hirsch to represent Council as the Municipal Observer to the PEFAC Board until the end of this term of Council. 11.2 Report of the Recreation and Community Facilities Department dated May 12, 2026 regarding the Crystal Palace Roof Replacement The main motion was put on the floor by Councillor Prinzen and seconded by Councillor Pennell.
