THAT Council approve the Minutes of Settlement between 1983358 Ontario Inc. and the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and direct legal counsel to resolve the Ontario Land Tribunal File OLT-25- 000115 on the basis of the Minutes of Settlement. Announcements 7.1 Councillor St-Jean announced a notice of motion to permit two-way traffic on Barker Street at the next feasible Council meeting. 7.2 Councillor Grosso announced that it is Hailey MacDonald's, reporter, final Council meeting, and wished her well in her future endeavors. 7.3 Councillor Engelsdorfer announced condolences to the family and friends of Cynthia Riordon, Storehouse Foodbank President. He noted Cynthia was community connector, always showing up with purpose to make a difference. 7.2 The Mayor announced the Coldest Night of the Year team and proclaimed February "Black History" month, this year’s theme - 30 Years of Black History Month: Honouring Black Brilliance Across Generations - From Nation Builders to Tomorrow’s Visionaries celebrates three decades of Black History Month in Canada and recognizes the enduring legacy of Black Canadians, whose leadership, creativity, innovation and resilience have shaped our past, continue to influence our present, and will inspire future generations.
