THAT the deputation by Alan Hirschfield, Homes First Nicholas Corporation regarding a request for Affordable Housing Development Charge Exemption, Site Wide Water and Wastewater Connection Charge Reduction, and Market Unit Development Charge Discounts, for the property municipally known as 5-31 Nicholas Street, Picton be received; and THAT staff be directed to explore the feasibility of the requests from the developer of the property municipally known as 5-31 Nicholas Street, Picton, and report back to Council. Comments from the Audience 10.1 Penny Morris provided a comment on item 11.1 - Correspondence with the Ministry of Natural Resources Relating to the Use of the Property Located at 24 White Chapel Road. She expressed concern with the operations on the site and the situation faced by the Provincial position on this matter. 10.2 Lawrence Cornett provided a comment on item 9.3 - Homes First Nicholas Corporation to address Council regarding a request for Affordable Housing Development Charge Exemption, Site Wide Water and Wastewater Connection Charge Reduction, and Market Unit Development Charge Discounts, for the property municipally known as 5-31 Nicholas Street, Picton. He spoke in opposition to the proposed development, and pictures of cut trees were displayed on the screen. 10.3 Max Souliere provided a comment on item 9.3 Homes First Nicholas Corporation to address Council regarding a request for Affordable Housing Development Charge Exemption, Site Wide Water and Wastewater Connection Charge Reduction, and Market Unit Development Charge Discounts, for the property municipally known as 5-31 Nicholas Street, Picton.
