THAT report CLS-12-2026 regarding Proposed Amendments to Noise By-Law 143-2022 be referred back to staff for further information on the implications of the new definition and collaboration with special interest groups. In accordance with section 12.3(3) Councillor Hirsch withdrew support for the motion. Mayor Ferguson, in consultation with the Municipal Clerk advised Council to vote on the balance of the Committee of the Whole report and defer this matter to the next feasible Council meeting.
