THAT Council appoint Trish Dubyk as a voting public member of the Sophiasburgh Ward Recreation Committee for the term of Council, or until reappointed; and THAT a By-Law appointing Trish Dubyk to the Sophiasburgh Ward Recreation Committee be approved. Announcements 7.1 Councillor Prinzen thanked staff for their work on the Bloomfield Main St reconstruction project as well as the construction company on a job well done. 7.2 Mayor Ferguson highlighted the County Kids of Steel event. 7.3 Mayor Ferguson proclaimed June 14th to July 1st as PECelebrates, and June 15th as World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. Clarifying questions were asked about 'Good Neighbours Together' membership, process, the issues that may arise with venues that create noise and this group encouraging due diligence. 10.2 Steve Blanchard provided a comment on item 11.1 - Report of the Corporate and Legislative Services Department dated May 14, 2026 regarding Proposed Amendments to By-Law 143-2022, being a By-Law to Regulate Noise within the County of Prince Edward and the Good Neighbours Together strategy. 10.3 Bev Humphrey provided a comment on item 11.1 - Report of the Corporate and Legislative Services Department dated May 14, 2026 regarding Proposed Amendments to By-Law 143-2022, being a By-Law to Regulate Noise within the County of Prince Edward from a pickleball perspective.
