The main motion was put on the floor by Councillor MacNaughton and seconded by Councillor Maynard. A question and answer period ensued regarding: • the merits of formalizing a group over another; • expressions of concerns with lack of ability to hold property owner accountable regarding potential noise violations; • consultation with Ontario Provincial Police.
