THAT report OPS-18-2026 regarding the Tender Award for Supply and Delivery of Fuels be received; THAT Council award tender PEC-OPS-16-26 (Supply and Delivery of Fuel) to Rosebush Energies; and, THAT a By-Law, as listed on this agenda, to authorize the execution of an agreement between the County of Prince Edward and Rosebush Energies for tender PEC-OPS-16-26 (Supply and Delivery of Fuel), be approved. 11.3 Report of the Operational Services Department dated June 9, 2026 regarding Winter Maintenance (Parking Lot Plowing) Tender Award The main motion was put on the floor by Councillor MacNaughton and seconded by Councillor Prinzen. A question and answer period ensued regarding: • rationale for inclusion of the Consecon fire hall; • the Heights park property being completed by Canada Post and working together to ensure location is plowed; • the flexibility in the agreement to add or remove properties and not impacting price; and • the safeguards with the contract and ensuring adequate equipment.
No recorded vote was requested, so the minutes do not say how each member voted — only the outcome. Moving or seconding a motion is not a vote.

Moved: Councillor Prinzen   Seconded: Councillor Harrison
