THAT report FIN-18-2026 regarding the Council Remuneration update be received;. THAT report FIN-13-2026 regarding the Council Compensation Review and Policy Update, available as Attachment 1 to this report, be received for information; THAT Council receive the Stratford Group Council Remuneration Original Review, available as Attachment 2 to this report; THAT Council receive the Stratford Group Council Remuneration Supplemental Review, available as Attachment 3 to this report; THAT Council approve the updates to the Council Remuneration and Expense Policy CLS-08, as outlined in Attachment 4 to this report; and THAT Council select one of the following compensation approaches: Option 2 – Set Council remuneration at the market average of the six single-tier municipality comparator group THAT Council remuneration for the Mayor and Members of Council be adjusted in accordance with Option 2, effective January 1, 2027.
