THAT Council move into closed session to consider: • personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and • labour relations or employee negotiations (labour agreement matters) Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) and (d) of the Municipal Act. Council reconvened in open session at 7:02 p.m. with all members present. Council Motion 2026-292 was a motion directing staff on union contract negotiations, and Motion 2026-293 pertained to the Prince Edward County Volunteer Firefighter Memorandum of Understanding (2025 to 2027).
