Items for Consideration 11.1 Supplemental report of the Finance & I.T Department dated June 9, 2026 regarding Council Remuneration Update This item was deferred via Motion 2026-273 at the June 9, 2026 Council meeting. The main motion was put on the floor by Councillor MacNaughton and seconded by Councillor St-Jean. A question and answer period ensued regarding: • delaying this decision; • the comparators; • the consultant review; • risks and benefits of each compensation option. In accordance with the Procedural By-Law section 12.4(5), the recommendations contained in each were requested to be voted upon separately.
