THAT report DS-40-2026 regarding the Wellington Trunk Main and Sanitary Pumping Station Project Overage be received; THAT Council approve additional funding in the amount of $2,500,000 for Capital Project INI-0132 Wellington Trunk Water Main; THAT Council approve additional funding in the amount of $2,500,000 for Capital Project INI-0133 Wellington Trunk Sanitary Main and Sanitary Pumping Station; THAT Council approve the transfer of the remaining watermain and sanitary sewer installation work from the Clearway Construction Inc. contract to the Strong Brothers General Contracting Ltd. contract; and THAT Council authorize the Chief Administrative Officer and the Municipal Treasurer to execute all necessary contract amendments, change orders, and related documentation required to implement the approved transfer of work and associated budget adjustments. The meeting recessed at 9:07 p.m. and reconvened at 9:19 p.m. with all members present. 11.6 Report of the Finance & I.T Department dated June 23, 2026 regarding Long-Term Financing for Wellington Trunk Infrastructure Projects The main motion was put on the floor by Councillor Hirsch and seconded by Councillor Pennell.
