Items for Consideration 11.1 Report of the Finance and Information Technology Department dated July 21, 2026 regarding Asset Management Plan Legislative Update The main motion was put on the floor by Councillor Branderhorst and seconded by Councillor Pennell. A question and answer period ensued regarding: • if the budget will identify what capital projects are part of the asset management plan; • if the long-term asset management plan will include human capital; • if there could be synergies between the asset management plan and key performance indicators for the future strategic plan; and • the reserves and urgency to enhance them as soon as possible.
