THAT report RCF-05-2026 regarding the Naming Rights Sponsorship Agreement Renewal with Heidelberg Materials Canada Ltd. for the Wellington and District Community Centre Arena be received; THAT Council authorizes the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to enter into a Sponsorship Agreement with Heidelberg Materials Canada Ltd. for the Naming Rights of the arena at the Wellington and District Community Centre; and; and THAT a By-Law to authorize the execution of an agreement between The Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and Heidelberg Materials Canada Ltd., as listed on the agenda, be approved. 11.4 Report of the Community Services, Programs and Initiatives Department dated July 21, 2026 regarding Upper Lake Street Building and Cherry Valley Depot The main motion was put on the floor by Councillor Nieman and seconded by Councillor MacNaughton.
