THAT report CSP-14-2026 regarding the Upper Lake Street Building and Cherry Valley Depot be received; and THAT Council resolve that a parcel of Municipal land abutting 30 Upper Lake Street for the purpose of conveyance to Hydro One Networks Inc. for future expansion to Distribution Station and Part of PIN 55064-0176 be declared surplus to the needs of the municipality for the purpose of divestiture in accordance with CSPI-08 Sale or Disposition of Lands Policy (shown as Part 1 on attached Draft Reference Plan); THAT Council resolve that a parcel of Municipal land identified as the Cherry Valley Pit and Equipment Depot, 30B Chourney Lane, Cherry Valley, Roll135040801015801; All of PIN 55077-0113 (LT) be declared surplus to the needs of the municipality for the purpose of divestiture in accordance with CSPI-08 Sale or Disposition of Lands Policy. 11.5 Resolution from Councillor Braney seeking Council support for a "lessons learned" on the Draft Plan of Subdivision (File No. 13-T-24-503) and Zoning By-law Amendment (File No. Z10-24) - Cold Creek Subdivision Matter The main motion was put on the floor by Councillor Braney and seconded by Councillor Engelsdorfer.
