THAT Council approve the Terms of Reference for the Negotiating Working Group of the County of Prince Edward (PEC) and Volunteer Firefighters (VFF) Association;

THAT Council approve the Terms of Reference for the Negotiating Working Group of the County of Prince Edward (PEC) and Volunteer Firefighters (VFF) Association; THAT the Interim Chief Administrative Officer be directed to share the Terms of Reference with the bargaining representatives from the Volunteer Firefighters Association as a next step in the negotiation of a new Memorandum of Understanding between the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and the Volunteer Firefighters Association; and THAT, upon the Volunteer Firefighters Association receiving the Terms of Reference, they be made public on the municipal website. Mayor Ferguson opened the floor to nominations. Councillor Roberts nominated Councillor Prinzen and Councillor Branderhorst. Councillor Branderhorst accepted the nomination, Councillor Prinzen declined the nomination. Councillor Pennell nominated Councillor Braney, who declined the nomination. Councillor Braney nominated Councillor Nieman. Councillor Nieman accepted the nomination. Mayor Ferguson nominated Councillor Maynard, who declined the nomination. There were no other nominations.
