THAT Council authorize the sale of municipal Industrial Park land to Josh McDonald identified by Part Lot 3 Concession 1 North West Carrying Place Hallowell, Part 35 Plan 47R5481; subject to an easement in gross over Part 3, 47R9370 as in EC74219; and being all of PIN 55058-0193(LT); Prince Edward, McDonald Drive, Picton pursuant to the terms and conditions in the Offer of Purchase and Sale be approved; and THAT staff be directed to bring forward a by-law to authorize the sale of these parcels in open session at the January 27, 2026, Council meeting.
