Presentation 4.1 Andrea Clemencio, Vice-President, and Lena Dianda, Vice-President, Municipal VU Consulting Inc. to present to the Committee regarding the Service Delivery and Organizational Review (SDOR) A question and answer period ensued regarding: • how to engage the public on core duties; • the fundamental view that finances, service levels and assets are all connected; • how services that are not asset centric can still have the approach of it being a service level allocation, including master plans and future studies; • screening processes with service levels; • the municipal comparators; • maximizing other revenue diversification opportunities; • how this is the first SDOR the municipality has conducted; and • the workforce recommendations.
