THAT Report FIN-12-2025 regarding establishing Levels of Service for municipal asset classes be received; THAT the following service level options be included in the County’s Asset Management Plan to be brought forward to Council for final approval at the September 25, 2025 meeting: • Bridges: Proposed Level of Service • Roads: Option XX • Corporate Fleet: Option XX • Fire Fleet: Proposed Level of Service • Facilities: Option XX • Equipment: Proposed Level of Service • Parks & Recreation: Option XX; and THAT staff be directed to incorporate the selected service levels into the County’s Asset Management Plan and reflect the financial impacts in the 2026 budget process.
