THAT Committee move into closed session to consider: personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, regarding appointment to a ward recreation committee; personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, regarding personnel matters; a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board in Ward 4 (Ameliasburgh) Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) and (c) of the Municipal Act. Motion CW-125-2025 was to receive an application for membership on the Hillier Ward Recreation and direct staff to bring forward a motion in open session. Motion CW-126-2025 was to receive a confidential report regarding the sale of municipal surplus land and direct that a motion be brought forward in open session. Motion CW-127-2025 was to receive a confidential verbal report regarding personnel matters. Motion CW-128-2025 was to direct that a motion be brought forward in open session. Motion CW-129-2025 was the motion to adjourn closed session and resume sitting in open session.
