THAT the agenda for the Committee of the Whole meeting of July 23, 2026, be confirmed. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof Councillor Engelsdorfer declared a conflict of pecuniary interest on item 4.1 - Visit the County fiscal update presentation as his business has benefitted from increased local media spending by Visit The County. Mayor Ferguson announced that today is Jason Parks' last meeting reporting for the Picton Gazette. He thanked Jason for his immeasurable contributions, fair reporting and commitment to democracy. Mayor Ferguson wished him well on his next adventure. Presentations 4.1 Sarah Fox, Executive Director, Visit the County to present to the Committee regarding the Visit the County fiscal update Due to his pecuniary interest, Councillor Engelsdorfer refrained from discussion or voting on the matter.
