THAT report CSP-12-2026 regarding Updates to the Physician Recruitment Program be received; THAT Council direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to execute the Regional Recruitment Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Belleville, the City of Quinte West, the County of Hastings and Northumberland County; THAT Council direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to execute an amending agreement to the Agreement with the Prince Edward Family Health Team and Prince Edward Family Health Organization related to County Docs program funding; and THAT Council direct staff to establish a Reserve for Physician Recruitment and Retention to be used as a funding source for return of service incentives for physicians recruited through the County Docs program. 7.4 Report of the Corporate and Legislative Services Department dated July 23, 2026 regarding the Staff Parking Protocol Pilot Program
